Move from a practice set to the explanation, missed-question review, and a contextual coaching conversation without rebuilding the story each time. This interactive preview uses illustrative content and sample data.
Pick a topic you want to work on today.
Choose a topic pack or build a custom set. Review explanations as you go, then return to the questions you missed.
PreceptIQ connects the parts that usually live in separate tools: an NCLEX question bank, rationales, missed-question review, flashcards, progress, and a coach that can use your results as context.
Build a focused RN or PN set by domain.
Talk through difficult topics without starting over.
Use short recall sessions between question sets.
See which domains deserve your next session.
Choose your exam track during onboarding. PreceptIQ keeps practice, domain labels, recommendations, and coaching aligned with that track.
Domain-based sets, prioritization, medication administration, safety, physiological adaptation, and missed-question review.
A separate starter bank designed around PN responsibilities, coordinated care, safety, pharmacology, and clinical decision-making.
Sourced and under review. Every question is written from cited, openly licensed clinical sources, and licensed nurse review is under way. Spot something off? Report it from inside the app. How review works
A large question bank gives you more to answer. PreceptIQ is being built to help you use each answer: understand the reasoning, find the pattern, and choose a manageable next step.
Context follows you.
Coach can use your RN or PN track, missed questions, and domain performance, so the conversation begins with your actual work instead of a generic prompt.
Every miss has a next move.
Read the rationale, retry the question, review the domain, or talk through the concept. Your mistakes become study material instead of a score you leave behind.
Progress stays honest.
See practice accuracy based on the questions you have answered. PreceptIQ uses it to direct review and does not present it as a validated prediction that you will pass.
Straight answers, no small print.
PreceptIQ is a mobile NCLEX study app for RN and PN nursing students. It connects practice questions, answer rationales, missed-question review, flashcards, progress, and an AI study coach. The coach can use your practice history to help explain difficult topics and identify a useful next area to review.
Your domain scores come from the practice questions you answer. They help you decide what to review, but a small number of attempts is limited evidence and these scores are not a validated prediction of passing the exam.
No. The daily plan is sized to the time available, and a daily target can be set to fit any schedule. Streaks are optional motivation rather than a requirement.
No. NCLEX and NCLEX-RN are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). PreceptIQ is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSBN.
Yes. PreceptIQ has separate RN and PN tracks. PreceptIQ launches with 200 RN questions and 200 PN questions. PN onboarding, domain practice, progress, and coaching stay aligned with the practical or vocational nursing track selected by the student.
Every question and rationale is written from openly licensed and public clinical sources, including Open RN, MedlinePlus, and DailyMed, and those sources are listed in the app. Review by licensed nurses is under way, and you can report any question from inside the app. As with any study aid, check clinical details against your course materials.
The coach reads your real missed-question history and per-domain accuracy, and carries a summary of past sessions forward, so it responds to what you have actually gotten wrong rather than starting from a blank slate.
Pro provides access to the available question bank, rationales, flashcards, Coach, and progress tools. It is available through an auto-renewing App Store subscription or a complimentary invitation. The App Store shows the exact price, billing period, and any trial offer before purchase, and eligible purchases can be restored inside the app.
PreceptIQ is launching on iPhone and Android at the same time. Join the launch list and we’ll email you when it is live on the App Store and Google Play. Joining the list is free and does not start a subscription.
